QUESTIONS & POLICY

FAQ

What the intelligence is, what happens after you buy, and exactly what the Replacement Guarantee covers.

REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE

Q: What is the Replacement Guarantee?

Every $99 individual intelligence purchase includes one replacement credit. Every six-record premade pack includes up to three. If a record isn't useful to your particular hunt after you unlock it, you can exchange it for eligible replacement intelligence within 14 days.

Q: What if the account just doesn't buy from me?

SignalSpider provides research and equipment intelligence, not guaranteed sales leads. A company declining, not responding, or not currently buying does not by itself mean the intelligence was incorrect. The replacement credit exists for records that simply aren't useful enough to your particular hunt after review.

Q: What if SignalSpider got the data wrong?

That is different. If the purchased intelligence materially misrepresents what the underlying evidence supports — advertised manufacturer or model unsupported by evidence, ungrounded serial/asset claims, the wrong record delivered, or corrupted/inaccessible intelligence — SignalSpider will correct or replace it without consuming your replacement credit.

Q: Can I replace a replacement?

Replacement credits belong to the original transaction and do not replenish. A single-record purchase includes one total replacement. A six-record pack includes three total replacements.

Q: How long do I have?

Replacement credits may be requested within 14 days of the original purchase.

Q: Do replacement credits have cash value?

No. Replacement credits are exchanges for eligible SignalSpider intelligence and are not cash refunds.

Q: How do I request a replacement?

Use the contact method on your order confirmation — reply with your receipt and the record you want to exchange. We'll confirm eligibility and arrange the replacement intelligence.

THE INTELLIGENCE

Q: What exactly am I buying?

An identified intelligence dossier: the debtor organization behind a public financing record, equipment detail to the stated evidence depth (manufacturer, model, serial where grounded), exact financing and lapse dates, and the filing reference for independent verification. Catalog cards are deliberately generalized to protect purchased intelligence — identities unlock on purchase.

Q: Does "financed" mean the equipment is still there?

No. Historical financing evidence does not establish that equipment remains installed, that a lease has expired, that replacement has occurred, or that the organization is currently purchasing equipment. It tells you what was financed, when, and at what evidence depth — a targeting signal for your territory, not a verified install report.

Q: What does a pack contain?

Six identified dossiers summarized by the pack's member cards. Pack membership is fixed at listing; a member that sells individually flags the pack for review — never silently substituted.
